Are you passionate about great food, quality ingredients and delivering memorable dining experiences?

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team, working across Marble & Vine at Singleton Diggers and The Arbor at Club Dorsman. This is an exciting opportunity to work in two well-established venues that pride themselves on delivering exceptional food and service to our members and guests.

About the Role

As a Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during both lunch and dinner operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard

  • Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements

  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory control

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

  • Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen

  • Availability to work a rotating roster including lunch and dinner services

  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Reliable transport and the ability to work across both venues
