ABOUT US:

Pavilion Mooloolaba is entering its next chapter, with a thriving beachfront restaurant downstairs and a recently launched rooftop bar above that is quickly becoming one of the Sunshine Coast's most exciting hospitality destinations.

We're looking for a Head Chef who wants more than just service and rosters. Someone who can build on our culture, improve COGS systems, mentor chefs and have a genuine impact on the direction of the venue.

THE ROLE:

You'll oversee two distinct offerings:
• Dune by Pavilion – a premium coastal restaurant focused on quality, consistency and guest experience.
• Pavilion Rooftop – a high-energy social venue delivering share plates, cocktails and volume service.

This role suits a commercially minded leader who understands that great hospitality is equal parts food, people and profitability.
