About the role
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at the Lockleys Hotel. As part of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dining experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our diverse menu in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Assisting the Head Chef Kahn Cowan with menu development and kitchen operations
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen space
Demonstrating strong time management and multitasking skills
Communicating effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
Adhering to all food safety and workplace health and safety standards
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications or experience in commercial food preparation and service
A passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
