Part-Time to Start (Opportunity to Progress to Full-Time)

This part-time role requires availability for evening and weekend shifts.

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Fry Cook to join our busy kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can keep calm under pressure during busy service periods.

About the role

1. Work efficiently in a very fast-paced kitchen environment.

2. Cook and prepare menu items to a consistent standard.

3. Assist with food prep, service, and general kitchen duties.

4. Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen.

5. Multitask effectively during busy periods.

6. Show initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team.

What we're looking for

1. Previous fry cook or kitchen experience is highly regarded.

2. Minimum of 1+ years of kitchen or fry cook experience is required.

3. Ability to handle high-volume service without compromising quality.

4. Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

6. Food Safety Certificate is preferred but not essential. If you don't currently have one, you must be willing to obtain it.

7. Nights and weekend availability a MUST.

8. Australian citizenship is required for this position.
