Breakfast Chef | Cà Phê Mai | Vietnamese Canteen + Wine Bar, Double Bay

Immediate Start.

Cà Phê Mai is a contemporary Vietnamese all-day café and natural wine bar in Double Bay (The Forum, off Kiaora Lane). The food is built on family recipes fine-tuned over generations.

The role You'll run breakfast and early lunch prep five days a week, including Sundays. Early starts, 5:30 to 6am. It's a hands-on section with real volume, peaking at Sunday brunch, our busiest service of the week.

What we're looking for

• Solid café kitchen experience (non-negotiable)

• Available for 5:30–6am starts, five days a week including Sundays

• A background in noodle soups (phở) is a big plus

• Warm, fast and reliable, takes pride in the plate
