We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sous Chef to join our team and support the leadership of a busy, high-performing kitchen within our hospitality group.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or experienced Sous Chef who’s ready to step up, grow their skills, and be part of a supportive and professional team.
About the Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service, strong team culture, and consistently high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
Running service and maintaining high food quality and consistency
Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Stepping into a leadership role in the Head Chef’s absence
About You
You’re hands-on, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Strong communication and leadership skills
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
