Position:- Full Time

Salary Range:- $60K - $80K

Quickturn Hospitality is seeking experienced 2 experienced chef / cook to join our client at ORANA Region. To be considered for the position you must have extensive experience working in a restaurant kitchen. Cooking steaks and making Parmigiana is a must . Driving is essential . Priority is given to single as due to the accommodation arrangements on sites is only for single person & applicants must be residing in Australia. Overseas applicants don’t waste your time . It’s 3 hrs drive from Orange, NSW . Available to start ASAP .

Responsibilities:

• Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs

• Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

• Preparing and cooking food

• Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Kitchen staff

• Demonstrating techniques

• Enforcing hygiene regulations

• May select and train staff

• May freeze and preserve foods

Experience and Requirements:

• 2+ years experience

• Experience training, developing and mentoring kitchen teams

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to lead and demonstrate passion cooking
