Chef - Aged CareRetirement

The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Casual Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Toronto,NSW.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our residents
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Provide excellent customer service 
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
• Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

 

Roster:

Saturday & Sunday 9:30 am -5:30 pm

Your background:

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate 
• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
