Executive Chef - Hilton Palm Cove Resort & Spa
As the pre-opening Executive Chef, you will shape and lead a multi-concept dining experience including:
· EUCA Grill – a contemporary Australian grill driven by fire, flavour and theatre
· EUCA Bar – vibrant, social and relaxed
· SOL – an on-site food truck offering easy, sun-soaked poolside dining and drinks
At the heart of the offering is elevated casual dining, a celebration of local Queensland produce, and a flame-led culinary philosophy focused on char, smoke and craft.
What You’ll Do
· Launch and lead all kitchen operations across the resort including outlets and conference & events
· Create menus inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from land, sea and air
· Bring the theatre of the grill to life through open kitchens and signature dishes
· Deliver exceptional breakfast, all-day dining and à la carte experiences
· Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing culinary team
· Drive quality, consistency and innovation in a premium yet approachable environment
Who You Are
· A proven Chef or rising culinary leader with hotel or multi-outlet experience including experience in banqueting and event operations
· Passionate about Australian produce, coastal cuisine and live-fire cooking
· Creative, commercially minded and detail-driven
· Committed to delivering warm, unpretentious, world-class guest experiences
