Join the opening team at Bistro Tino, the new all-day European bistro from the team behind Mosconi.

Opening in Brisbane’s James Street precinct, Tino is a warm, social neighbourhood venue that celebrates simple food, quality coffee, great wine and genuine hospitality. Inspired by European bistro culture and daily rituals of connection, Tino will offer a relaxed, convivial dining experience from morning through to afternoon, with a menu focused on seasonal ingredients, thoughtful simplicity and flexibility.

Tino is currently looking for experienced chefs to join their team. The ideal candidate will:

—Previous experience in quality-focused cafés, bistros or restaurants.

—A genuine passion for food, seasonal produce and simple cooking done exceptionally well.

—Strong technical skills and a commitment to preparing dishes from scratch.

—The ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced service environment.

—A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive kitchen culture.

—Consistent work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.

—Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation.

—A desire to learn, develop and grow within an ambitious hospitality group.

—Availability to work daytime shifts, typically 6am–2:30pm
