The Venue

The new Concord Club is a two-year-old hospitality venue based in Concord Sydney. Our brand-new refurbishment ambiance is matched by attentive service and classic Italian-Mediterranean fare, delivered with professionalism and care.

Posittion                                                                                                    
The Concord Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (grill experience) to be part of our kitchen brigade, you will work closely with our Head Chef taking charge of your section and playing a key role in the creation of dishes that excite and delight our guests. Your dedication, creativity, and attention to detail will help us maintain the high standards that make The Concord a Sydney institution.

Minimum Requirements

  • A valid working visa or Australian residency.

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience

  • At least four years’ experience

  • Strong English communications skills

  • Skills in creating Italian-Mediterranean cuisine

  • A polished, professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude

  • A passion for excellence, creativity and teamwork

 

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar senior culinary role, within an Italian or Mediterranean-inspired restaurant or caffe

  • Extensive knowledge of Italian-Mediteranean cuisine, including a deep understanding of traditional recipes, flavour profiles, and cooking techniques

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Demonstrated commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients and upholding food safety standards
