Chef de Partie - Pasta & Grill (Italian Melbourne CBD)

We’re looking for an experienced chef who can confidently run pasta and grill. This role would suit someone looking to step up into a solid section, or an experienced CDP who just wants to cook good food, keep things organised and work without unnecessary drama.

What we need

• Strong pasta, pan, and grill skills

• Confident running a busy section during 150+ cover services

• Able to independently run the section, manage mise en place and prep sauces

• Section typically covers 4–5 pastas and 3 meat dishes

• Calm under pressure with consistent professional presentation

The role

• Around 40 hours per week

• Saturday essential

• No Sundays, no breakfast shifts

• Full-time available for the right person
