Via Porta Bakehouse is excited to announce the opening of our sourdough bakery located on High Street, Northcote. We are looking for a Sous Chef to be part of the launch team and contribute to the smooth and successful opening of this location.

Via Porta Bakehouse is a retail and wholesale bakery dedicated to producing exceptional Viennoiserie in its original iteration. We are now proud to call Northcote home to our retail sourdough bakery.

We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, consistency, and community. From product to service, everything we do is driven by a commitment to excellence and adding value to our customers, wholesale partners, and local community.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Bakers to join our growing and diverse team.

About the Role

Via Porta Bakehouse Northcote is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist in managing our bread program, contributing to the creation of high-quality breads in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and positive environment.
