What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes

• Permanent resident or Australian citizen status required
