Nestled at the base of Mount Remarkable, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, hearty regional pub classics and creative weekend specials that highlight the incredible fresh produce of South Australia. What You'll Do

• Deliver Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals across our lunch and dinner services, ensuring consistent portion control and presentation.

• Run the Line: Confidently manage your section during high-volume service periods, maintaining speed and composure under pressure.

• Prep & Stock: Handle daily food prep, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering to ensure minimal wastage.

• Maintain Standards: Keep a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace, strictly adhering to food safety regulations and kitchen cleaning schedules.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience as a cook in a busy, fast-paced commercial kitchen (hotel, pub, or busy bistro experience is highly valued).

• Skills: Strong knife skills, a solid understanding of cooking techniques, and the ability to multitask seamlessly during rush periods.

• Attitude: A team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
