The Role

Chef / Cook – Key Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.

· Proven Fryer, grill/pan and pizza (including hand stretch) experience

· Availability from Wednesday to Sunday

· Ability to listen, follow instructions, and adhere to workplace standards and policies

· have can do attitude

· Team player mindset, with a strong connection to both front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration

· Able to handle and deliver food efficiently during busy service periods

· Flexible and reliable

· Have own transportation

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

· A genuine desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative culture.

· Existing Australian work authorization is essential (please do not apply if you do not have this)

· a long term work commitment(preferred)

· Sponsorship available for right person after 6 months of probation
