About the role

The Coffee Club Brisbane Supreme Courts' is looking to hire a Short Order Cook to join our dynamic team. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to work in a thriving hospitality business located in the heart of Brisbane's central business district.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to the highest standards

2. Maintain a clean and organised work station

3. Ensure all food preparation and serving meets health and safety regulations

4. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a short order cook or similar role in a hospitality environment

2. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations

3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
