About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a diverse and creative menu that showcases seasonal ingredients.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and staff training.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and refine existing recipes.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

  • Execute duties at Chef de Partie level with responsibility for specific sections of the kitchen.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a high-end or fine dining setting.

  • Butchery experience strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of professional chef experience required.

  • High-end or fine dining experience is strongly preferred for this position.

  • Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of flavor profiles and presentation.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creativity and passion for experimenting with new dishes and techniques.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Australian work rights are mandatory for this position.
