About the Roles

Working within a collaborative and high-performing brigade, you will contribute to delivering exceptional food quality and service across our diverse outlets. These roles offer exposure to high-end dining, large-scale events, and premium member experiences within a respected Melbourne venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to brand and service standards

• Maintain consistency, portion control, and food safety compliance

• Support daily kitchen operations and service delivery

• Work collaboratively with the broader culinary team

• Assist with stock control, prep planning, and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role within a quality venue, hotel, or club environment

• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen

• Relevant culinary qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred)

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
