This role will be challenging and fun for the right individual.
We are seeking a local Head Chef who is familiar with the Adelaide hills, its producers, suppliers and trends. Someone who gets South Australian pub fare and local custom.
The Goal is to keep Australian pub fare but execute and deliver at another level.
Service staff are getting trained and there is a small kitchen team who are committed.
There is an exciting marketing-plan in place for when the right chef is onboarded...
