New Start‑Up Camp | Lake Johnston | Forrestania Resources 8:6 roster | Build the standard from day one

Forrestania Resources is refurbishing Lake Johnston camp as we progress to Gold producer and we’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Chef & Utilities all‑rounders to help set the tone for camp life from the very beginning.

The Role

Chef or Utilities position supporting a small, tight‑knit workforce. You’ll deliver high‑quality meals, maintain a clean and safe camp environment, and pitch in across general utilities tasks to keep camp operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for a small workforce (breakfast, crib, dinner)

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock control and food safety compliance

• Utilities tasks including room cleaning, laundry, waste management and basic camp upkeep

• Assist with camp mobilisation, set‑up and continuous improvement of systems

• Work collaboratively with site leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming camp environment

What You Bring

• Experience as a Chef or Cook in mining, remote, or high‑volume environments

• Experience as a Utility or housekeeper

• Ability to work across utilities tasks with a positive, can‑do attitude

• Strong food safety and hygiene standards

• Flexibility, initiative and comfort working in a small team on a new site

• A genuine commitment to safety, teamwork and supporting others

• National police check or apply for one prior to mobilising
