Chef de partie

Portofinos Beach Bar Kitchen specialises in providing its customers with a great food and beverage experience. We are currently seeking suitably qualified Chefs/cooks to fill the above positions of Chef de Parties for the pans section. Full-time/salary and casual options are available.

We pride ourselves on serving quality Mediterranean cuisine with a modern Australian twist.

The successful applicants must have a genuine and honest approach to serving great food. Be willing to learn, have sound knowledge and high personal standards and motivation.

We require the following:

A creative and fresh approach to catering 

3 years of experience in the same or similar role

Ability to work in a busy, fast paced kitchen

A strong focus on initiative, accuracy and efficiency

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

The ability to work as part of a team

Portofinos Beach Bar Kitchen is located in Mindarie on the northern coastal corridor, and is 39 kilometres north of the Perth CBD.
