Pizza Meine Liebe is looking for a Pizza Maker to join our energised and committed kitchen team in Northcote.

About The Role:

• Prepare pizzas from our menu, as well as custom orders

• Recommend new recipes for our menu

• Experience cooking a high volume of pizzas daily

• Working effectively as a team leader and member of the kitchen team during busy service in a fast-paced environment

• Maintaining a high standard of quality in the operation of the kitchen, including a clean, hygienic work environment for the team

• Daily food preparation

• Commitment to providing both excellent service and excellent food in line with PML's reputation for delicious pizza

About You:

You're an energised and committed chef with high standards when it comes to cooking and preparation of food. You bring a positive attitude and leadership skills to your kitchen team. You are a good communicator and committed to running a smooth operation between kitchen and front of house. You already have experience in cooking pizza, and you're ready to perfect our menu, but also evolve it, too.
