About the Role

Sprout Catering & Event Management is one of the Hunter’s leading hospitality groups, delivering weddings, events and venue dining across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

We are currently hiring

• Catering & Events (Weddings +Events)

We’re looking for chefs and apprentices who want variety, great team culture and a role that offers more than the standard kitchen routine.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you’ll work across:

• Wedding and event service (canapés, banquets, plated)

• Food preparation, service and pack down

• Working across multiple kitchens and locations

• Maintaining high food safety and presentation standards
