What's the Gig?

As our Senior Sous Chef, you'll work alongside the Head Chef to help lead the kitchen, inspire the team, and deliver consistently great food.

You'll be:

Running smooth and efficient services across busy kitchen sections
Working closely with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials
Coaching and mentoring junior chefs and apprentices
Maintaining high food quality, presentation, and consistency
Managing stock, reducing wastage, and keeping costs under control
Upholding food safety and hygiene standards
Helping create a kitchen culture that's positive, supportive, and professional

Who We're Looking For

You're the kind of chef who:

Leads from the front and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty
Loves a busy service and thrives under pressure
Has at least 2 years' experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
Understands the balance between creativity, consistency, and profitability
Enjoys mentoring others and helping them grow
Brings positive energy, reliability, and a good sense of humour to work
Is passionate about great food, quality produce, and hospitality
