Bar Beach Bowling Club bistro is looking for a Chef or Cook to join our team and work with our new Head Chef

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting all foods according to and as directed by our Head Chef. You will provide superior customer service to patrons, placing the highest importance on food safety and hygiene, food preparation and presentation to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards

• Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh, high-quality meals

• Supporting tasks in stock rotation, and general kitchen duties

• Following recipes and menus to ensure consistency

30-35 hours available currently, with potential to move to full time for the right candidate

Experience preferred

Bistro currently trades Wednesday-Sunday, no late nights!
