What You'll Do

• Assist in delivering the corporate food team's vision, supporting the team's senior corporate chef and acting senior dietitian.
• Develop compliant, scope based menus for a range of sectors including education, remote, aged care, and childcare.
• Conduct detailed recipe testing and development and complete recipe and menu costing.
• Support the culinary component of new site mobilisations.
• Assist with the planning and operational delivery of significant client events and functions.
• Inspire culinary teams across the country with engaging, hands-on culinary training.

About You

• Hold formal trade qualifications as a certified chef with a deep commitment to food safety and HACCP regulations. 
• Bring culinary leadership experience from head chef and/or chef manager positions in large-scale catering.
• Adapt well to workplace technology, including Google programs and specialised software including Souped Up.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to successfully engage and inspire kitchen teams.
• Operate with autonomy on independent tasks and work collaboratively with a small team.
• Bring a strong, detailed work ethic, positive attitude, and flexibility regarding interstate travel that requires a couple of nights away from home each trip.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is highly advantageous for this position.
