Breakfast Chef/Cook - Immediate Start

Join a Boutique Hotel in tropical Port Douglas as a Breakfast Chef / Cook. We have a casual position available, with 30-35 hours per week for the right candidate.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year experience working in a breakfast or brunch kitchen

• Can start from 6am for 6.30am open

• Works well in a small team environment and communicates clearly with FOH and kitchen staff

• Is calm, organised and efficient during busy services

• Takes pride in food consistency, quality and presentation

• Takes pride working within food safety and hygiene guidelines

• Can assist with prep, service, cleaning and general kitchen organisation

• Is comfortable working independently when required

Weekends essential.
