We’re a proudly independent brewery built on the idea that beer should be for everyone. Since opening in 2016, we’ve been bringing people together over great food, great beer, and good times.
Our Moorabbin Beer Hall is housed in a converted warehouse with a leafy beer garden, and buzzing community vibe. Families, mates, and beer lovers all gather here to enjoy what we do best — quality craft beer, delicious food, and genuine hospitality.

The Role

As Chef De Partie, you’ll take ownership of:

  • Preparing and delivering food to Stomping Ground’s high standards

  • Organises mise en place (prep) for your section

  • Maintains food safety and cleanliness standards

  • Assists with stock rotation and waste control

  • Take ownership of your section

We’re after someone who loves the buzz of a busy service, leads with positivity, and shares our passion for great beer and food.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication, and organisational skills

  • A calm, professional approach under pressure

  • A genuine love for hospitality, people, and teamwork
