Willo is seeking a talented Senior Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. This is a casual / part time position up to 35 hours per week with future opportunities for career advancement to full time position.
Situated in an iconic building in the heart of Parramatta CBD, Willo Restaurant & Bar is a stunning Lux venue offering a unique shared modern Australian menu with Mediterranean influences.
A recipient of the prestigious AGFG chefs hat, Willo has quickly become the go-to destination in Parramatta and continues to strive to deliver an incredible level of service and a unique culinary experience to all our guests.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the Head Chef and kitchen team in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes from our diverse menu.
Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes and food safety standards.
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes.
Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work culture.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef de partie or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes.
