Chef Apprentice

Cicchetti Street Food is seeking a passionate Chef Apprentice to join our dynamic team at our Alexandra Headland venue. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your culinary skills under the mentorship of an experienced Executive Chef in a fine dining environment.

About the Role: You will work alongside our kitchen team, learning traditional Italian street food preparation, plating techniques, and kitchen operations. This is a hands-on apprenticeship combining formal training with real-world restaurant experience.

Key Requirements: You must be a professional with genuine fine dining experience or equivalent culinary training. You should demonstrate commitment to excellence, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Food safety qualifications are essential.
