RELIEF FIFO CHEFS & CAMP ATTENDANTS

TCLH seek passionate and experienced Chefs and Camp Attendants to join our exciting projects. These are CASUAL RELIEF roles, working across our various projects, with the opportunity to move into our managed camps pending performance and operations requirements.

These roles will be ex BRISBANE and PERTH.

DUTIES INVOLVED

CHEFS

• Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience

• Adapt to different kitchens, and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes

• Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards

CAMP ATTENDANTS

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness of accommodation and communal areas, including servicing rooms, linen changes, and restocking amenities

• Manage laundry services and ensure all cleaning meets with site standards

• Assist with dining and food service including dishwashing and cleaning of dining facilities

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• CHEFS - Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)  

• Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence 

• Previous experience working in remote environments or camps (highly advantageous)

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Australian National Police Clearance

• Ability to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
