What You’ll Be Doing


  • Lead day‑to‑day kitchen operations as the 2IC to our Head Chef
  • Maintain high food quality, consistency, and safety standards
  • Coach and develop a team of Cooks to help elevate their skills
  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
  • Set the tone during busy services and create a positive team culture
  • Ensure every guest enjoys a great food experience, every time


Who You Are


We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • You hold a valid WWCC, First Aid & CPR certificate or you're willing to obtain
  • Experience in high‑volume kitchens (leadership experience highly regarded)
  • A calm, organised approach under pressure
  • A passion for mentoring others
  • Pride in consistency, safety, and high standards
  • A team‑first attitude and alignment with our values
