Pasta Chef – Full-Time & Casual Positions Available

La Cucina Melbourne Italian Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced and passionate Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated chef with a minimum of 2 years' experience preparing pasta dishes and sauces in a busy restaurant environment.

The successful candidate will also have:

• Experience cooking steaks and chicken Parma's etc.

• Knowledge of salad preparation and cold section duties

• The ability to create and contribute new special dishes and menu ideas

• Experience working closely with the Head Chef

• A strong understanding of food cost control and minimizing waste

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
