Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations across Pantry and Royale

• Mentor and manage chefs and kitchen hands

• Drive quality, consistency, and creativity in every dish

• Collaborate with senior leadership on menu development and kitchen strategy

• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene

About You

• 4+ years senior experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens

• Proven leadership — you coach, guide, and grow your team

• Sharp eye for detail and food quality

• Calm, clear communicator with solid time management

• A collaborative spirit and a love of good food

• Full working rights in Australia
