We are looking for determined and passionate Chefs with senior level experience to join our team at the Iris Hotel Group. Iris Hotel Group is looking to fill multiple positions available within our Hotels in Newcastle and Hunter.

The right person for the role will be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service and is adept at managing every area of the kitchen. You will be part of an experienced kitchen team and will lead by example in this varied role, executing a casual bistro menu.

•              Previous  chef/cook experience within a similar fast-paced environment

•              The ability to run a section for a smooth, organized service

•              Team leadership skills for Sous Chef applicants

•              Passionate about the end product

•              Professional, polished appearance (for our open kitchens)

•              A positive attitude

•              Desire to succeed in your chosen career

•              At least Certificate III in Cookery + one year full-time experience or equivalent OR three years of experience.
