Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation

• Follow all company procedures and recipes

• Ensure compliance with Queensland food regulations

• Apply solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

• Support prep, stock control, and smooth daily operations

• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service

• Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture

About You

• Minimum 2 years of real, hands-on grill chef experience

• Experience with stock control and kitchen organisation

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide junior staff

• Reliable, motivated, and committed long-term

• High attention to food safety and cleanliness

• Calm and focused under pressure
