Join a growing cabinet door manufacturing team with opportunities across multiple roles. We are expanding and looking for reliable people to join our production department. No experience is required for Factory Hand roles — full training provided.

About the Opportunities

We have several full-time positions available across our production workflow:

Machine Operators

• Operating CNC, or panel processing machinery

• Loading/unloading materials

• Basic machine checks and quality control

• Training provided for suitable applicants

Spray Painters (Cabinet Doors)

• Preparing and finishing MDF/timber components

• Spraying undercoats and topcoats

• Sanding between coats

• Experience preferred but not essential for assistants

Factory Hands / Sanders

• Hand sanding MDF components

• Assisting with preparation for painting

• General factory duties and housekeeping

• Ideal for applicants new to manufacturing

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Able to follow instructions and work safely

• Good attitude and attention to detail

• Physically fit for hands-on work

• Experience in manufacturing, cabinet making, or painting is beneficial but not required
