The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Truck Driver / Landscaper to join a growing team delivering commercial landscape construction projects across Sydney.

This is a hands-on role that combines truck driving responsibilities with landscape construction duties on-site. You will play an important role in ensuring materials, equipment, and machinery are delivered safely and efficiently while also assisting project teams with landscape construction works.

The position offers stable, ongoing work, excellent team support, and the opportunity to contribute to some of Sydney's most impressive public open space and commercial landscape projects.

The Role
  • Operate company trucks to transport materials, equipment, and machinery to project sites
  • Load, secure, and unload landscape construction materials safely
  • Assist site teams with general landscape construction activities
  • Operate machinery and equipment where licensed and competent
  • Installation of turf, planting, irrigation, edging, paving, retaining walls, and associated landscape works
  • Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and productive work environment
  • Work collaboratively with Foremen, Leading Hands, and site crews
The Requirements
  • Valid HR licence (essential)
  • Experience working within commercial landscape construction highly regarded
  • White Card
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Strong understanding of site safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Machinery tickets and experience operating plant and equipment advantageous
