We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Casual Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our growing team.

Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you will be involved in a variety of fabrication and welding projects within a busy workshop environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday
Pay: $50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret workshop drawings and specifications
  • Perform fabrication, welding, and assembly of steel components
  • Carry out engineering measurements and marking out
  • Operate workshop machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform mechanical cutting, grinding, and finishing tasks
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold relevant Boilermaker/Fabrication trade qualifications
  • Have demonstrated welding and fabrication experience
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Be physically fit and capable of undertaking manual tasks
  • Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Have full Australian working rights
