Electrician - Fixed Plant

Silverstone are seeking a mining experienced Fixed Plant Electrician for an 8/6 Roster FIFO from Perth. You will be responsible for conducting maintenance, service, repairs, upgrade and refurbishments on a range of gold processing plant equipment.

Duties Include:

• Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across site electrical systems
• Diagnose and fault-find electrical issues efficiently
• Perform inspections and maintain equipment reliability
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to site standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation  

Requirements:

• Electrical Trade Certificate
• HV ticket (highly desirable)
• Current CPR / LVR
• Confined Space & Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Current Drivers License
• Prior experience within mining and the maintenance of gold or other processing fixed plant 
• Up to date resume highlighting experience
• Full Australian working rights  

Successful applicants would be required to provide contactable reference's and able to meet Pre-employment medical and drug screening criteria prior to commencement. This is a short term back fill role to cover leave but it may lead to on-going work. If not with this same client the Silverstone team will work hard to find you your next role.
