  • Lead the Plumbing Team – Supervise plumbers and trade assistants, keep safety and quality front and centre, run toolbox talks, mentor the crew, and make sure every job is done right the first time.
  • Plan, Coordinate & Improve – Work with the Maintenance Planner to schedule and prioritise works, ensure labour and materials are ready to go, and identify smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Compliance & Technical Oversight – Stay across WA plumbing legislation, sign off licensed plumbing works, manage compliance reporting, and ensure systems like backflow and hot water are maintained to standard.
  • Manage Assets, Stock & Client Relations – Oversee tools, materials, maintenance records, and contractor coordination while representing the team professionally and minimising disruption to operations.
  • Actively promote safety and high hygiene standards
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and accountability
