About the Role:

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting Caterpillar products across the Midwest region. From diagnostics to repairs, you'll ensure our customers' machines stay productive and reliable.

What You'll Do:

Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and component replacements on Caterpillar machinery.
Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain strict compliance with WesTrac's safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Trade Qualified: Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate.
Experience: Previous hands-on work with Caterpillar products.
Skills: Strong diagnostic ability and a commitment to efficiency and safety.
Customer Focus: Helping clients achieve machine availability and reliability KPIs.
