Here's how you'll be a part of our team..

Based out of our Esperance branch as a Field Service Mechanic you will play a key role in keeping our customers projects moving.

You'll take ownership of repairing and maintaining Coates hire equipment directly on customer sites, with a strong focus on safety, reliability and service.

In this role, you will:

Deliver safe, efficient preventative maintenance, servicing and overhauls
Build strong relationships by providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across a wide range of equipment, including earthmoving machinery, generators, lighting towers, and boom lifts
Manage and maintain spare parts stock to ensure timely and effective repairs onsite

What you'll bring to the role

Relevant Trade qualifications
Experience with petrol and diesel motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical skills
Drivers licence (preferably MR or HR)
Forklift and EWP tickets (beneficial)
Effective time management and attention to detail
Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
