Boilermakers

Premier People are partnering with WA’s leading engineering and maintenance contractors to supply skilled trades across major fixed plant shutdowns and ongoing maintenance programs throughout 2026.

We are seeking Boilermakers for multiple projects across BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto (RTIO), Roy Hill, and the Goldfields.


Additional dates will be added as client schedules are confirmed.

Scope of Work
Work varies per site and client, but typical tasks include (not limited to):

• Pulleys & gearboxes
• Laser alignments
• Mills & crushers
• Car dumpers
• Reclaimers & stackers
• Chutes, Skirts, Scrapers & general fixed plant maintenance

 
Essential Requirements

• Trade Qualified 
• Working at Heights – completed within the last 2 years
• Confined Spaces – completed within the last 2 years
• Gas Testing Atmospheres – completed within the last 2 years
• Basic Fire – completed within the last 2 years
• White Card – physical card required
• Full Australian Working Rights (no visa restrictions)
• HRWL for Riggers
• NPC for Goldfields

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Australian/New Zealand Trade Certificate OR International Trade Certificate with Australian RPL
• MSIC
• High Risk Work Licence (Riggers & EWP roles require VOCs)
• Current driver’s licence
