Industrial Painter & Blaster FIFO

We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Blaster/Painters to join our team for long-term FIFO opportunities across multiple projects nationwide.
With a strong pipeline of work across mining, construction and maintenance, we offer consistent work, solid crews and competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
• Application of industrial coatings (airless and conventional spray)
• Operation of blasting and painting equipment
• Polyurea coating application
• Ultra-high pressure water jetting
• Adhering to site safety requirements and procedures
• Working both independently and within a team

About You
Essential:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong experience in abrasive blasting and protective coatings
• Experience operating plural component pumps
• UHP Water Jetting certification (MSMSS00017 or MSMSS00018)
• High attention to detail and ability to work to specifications
• HRWL: EWP, Confined Space, Working at Heights
• Ability to pass medical and site requirements

Desirable:

• Rio Tinto and BP inductions
• Cert III in Surface Finishing
• MSIC
• Proven polyurea application experience
