With a strong pipeline of secured work, they’re building out crews for multiple spreads and are looking for experienced Polywelders and Supervisors who know this environment and want consistency, not just the next swing.

We’re looking for people with:

Polywelders:

• Proven experience in HDPE/poly welding on gas gathering or pipeline projects

• Solid understanding of trenching, installation, and tie-ins

• Ability to work across full installation scope (not just welding in isolation)

• Reliable, team-focused, and comfortable in remote environments

Supervisors:

• Background in gas gathering / CSG infrastructure

• Strong experience setting up work fronts, planning daily activities, and coordinating crews

• Ability to manage productivity, quality, and safety on site

• Hands-on leadership style – respected on the ground, not just in the office
