We have the exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a 2/2 roster in Roma.

The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on leadership and technical guidance to the Electrical team regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Electricians and apprentices to ensure accountability and high performance
  • Maintaining safe work practices meeting legislative, regulatory and Company requirements
  • Coordinating breakdown response and provide technical support/problem finding to minimise downtime

About you

  • Trade Qualified Electrician
  • Manual Drivers Licence - LR
  • Current Electrical Licence - QLD or SA

Preferred

  • Refrigeration and handling ARC License
  • Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas training - EEHA
  • IVMS experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a Supervisory role, or similar
  • Proven leadership and communication capabilities
