HV Electrician - Heavy Mobile Equipment

Boggabri Coal Mine (BCO) is an open-cut coal operation, producing in excess of 7 million tonnes per annum with a mine life extending through until 2036. BCO is located approximately 57kms from Narrabri just 60kms from Gunnedah and 23kms from Boggabri NSW. How you will contribute:

• Working within the maintenance team this role is responsible for the scheduled servicing, diagnostic, and repairs on a variety of electric-drive Heavy Mining Equipment.
• You will be required to work in a workshop and/or field environment.
• A permanent position is on offer working directly for Boggabri Coal. Boggabri can offer a competitive salary package and a family friendly residential role, where you can be home after every shift.

What we're looking for:
You believe in fostering a positive work culture and ongoing growth, ensuring we always put our people first.  

• Cert III in Electrotechnology (required).
• High Voltage Electrical Licence (required).
• Forklift and HRWL licences are highly regarded.
• Experience with electric-drive trucks.
• Experience with and the ability to analyse technical data (electrical schematics, CAN-bus faults/diagnostics, etc.).
• Ability to successfully complete Order 45 medical.
• Proficient computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and ideally SAP.
