Stellar Recruitment is on the hunt for a skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to join top-tier underground mining operations in WA (Goldfields). If you’re looking for steady site-based work, this is your chance to get your boots dirty and make an impact.

Rostered FIFO from Perth (sorry, interstate welcome, but flights only covered from Perth) 7/7 or 2/2 roster.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Servicing and breakdown repairs on underground drill rigs and other heavy mining equipment. Sandvik 514, 517, TH663, Sandvik Jumbos and long hole rigs – Volvo IT's L90 & L120's & Normet.
Preventative maintenance and defect repairs
Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Accurately scoping jobs and ensuring quality repairs
General workshop duties and maintaining a tidy workspace
Following strict site safety protocols
Supporting your crew with shift changeovers and handovers

What We’re Looking For:

Trade Qualification – Diesel, Plant, or Heavy Automotive (Cert III - Mobile Plant Technology) or the equivalent
2+ years’ experience in mining, construction, civil, or heavy machinery maintenance
A solid work ethic and team-first attitude
Australian Manual Driver’s License & Full Australian Working Rights
